Objective:To investigate the biodegradable surgical segmental bone fusion in the lumbar transverse process fusion implant goats histological features.Methods:50healthy Boer goats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups25. Experimental group in the goat right side of the transverse process of L4,5gap placed to fill the quality of autologous iliac crest of PLGA can absorb the lumbar intertransverse fusion; control group in the size of the goat right side of the transverse process of L4,5gap implanted with the experimental group autologous ilium block. Respectively,after1month,3months,6months,9months,12months the experimental group were sacrificed5experimental animals, and remove all lumbar specimens,after a fixed,decalcified tissue sections using the optical microscope observation of the surgical site of vascular endothelial cells, fibroblasts into chondrocytes and osteoblasts, the expression of local tissue and observe whether the inflammatory response.Results:1months the fusion sensor and bone interface contact parts have the clear boundaries, fusion containers filled with bone fusion to the wall between a visible freshmen capillaries and fibre, a large number of collagen fiber, fibroblasts and a small amount of into chondrocytes and osteogenesis mother cells appear, the control group bone position and the sudden joint axon, isthmus is the junction of the obvious fibrous tissue, cartilage and bone cells, lacuna cells and a small bone trabeculae, note the amount of cartilage and fibre crisscross;3months the fusion sensor and the interface is still have clear border ashdod, contact part of the note the amount of collagen fiber, fibre, cartilage. The control group has basically complete osseous fusion, a large number of mature shelf bone formation;12months without obvious cartilage and the fibrous tissue, bone trabeculae orderly rows, have basic to osseous fusion. The control group has fully meet the fusion, plastic is good. Conclusion:1Interbody fusion of PLGA intertransverse fusion between the transverse process of the goat is endochondral bone,accompanied by fiber osteogenesis.2PLGA intertransverse fusion fusion than autogenous iliac group late integration accelerated in the late material degradation, access to better fusion effect. Objective:To investigate the biodegradable lumbar intertransverse fusion in goats electron microscopy of the degradation process variation. Methods:Collected1month3months6months12months25cases of fusion specimen group,the use of the sweep surface electron microscopy of different materials during the degradation and absorption.Results:a fusion surface delamination, visible small holes like crack,messy missing.3integration of the surface uneven,a lot of deep, wide cracks,micro-spherical particles.Fusion6months a large number of large debris,most of the honeycomb,some powder.9,the fusion degradation of the large amount of sand crushed granular particles distributed in the surrounding tissue.12,fusion was largely absorbed by a small amount of material particle size distribution in the surrounding tissue.Conclusion:PLGA fusion early in the integration of able to maintain its shape,internal degradation of the middle and late acceleration, intertransverse bone graft integration. Methods:50specimens of BMP-2, VEGF expression observed by immunohistochemical staining (SP method).Results:after a three month control group of BMP-2expression in the experimental group, VEGF expression is stronger than the experimental group (P<0.05); six months, nine months the experimental group, the expression of BMP-2in the control group, the expression of VEGF is stronger than the control group (P<0.05);12months, two sets of BMP-2expression, VEGF expression difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after six months the experimental group BMP-2expression peak higher than that in the control group3months of BMP-2expression peak.Conclusion:1PLGA transverse process fusion than interbody fusion medium-term role of bone fusion between the transverse process of the ilium group more active.2PLGA transverse process fusion with autogenous iliac bone group fusion of parts of the blood circulation was no significant difference in the fusion of late.
