Objective Explore the influence of different blood purification way for elderlyhemodialysis patients with immune function.Methods Select older uremic patients60cases(4hours every time,3times perweek)as experimental group in our blood purification center,who continue hemodialysistime in more than half a year old in July2010to September period.Age between62to79years;eliminate the tumor,blood and body immune system disease,who cause kidneydisease;and recent suffering from infectious diseases, metabolic disorder, bad liverfunction, blood transfusion, obvious heart failure,acute cerebralvascular disease, and theuse of drugs that affect the immune function. The experimental group were randomlydivided into HD group and CRRT group of each30cases, and set up the match10cases ofhealth old people as control group.Dialysis time for4hours, continuous renal replacementtherapy time for12hours.In the two treatment groups,before and after treatment patientswere taken respectively venous blood, and the venous blood of control group were enroed。All specimens were sent to central lab。 The determination of BNP levels by chemicalluminescence micro particle immunoassays; Flow cytometry analyzer to measure blood Tlymphocytes and group of level.Results Compared with Group N, among the patients with maintenancehemodialysis(Group HD and Group CRRT),the CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8ratio levels before treatment decreased,the BNP、CD8levels increased,and differences exist statisticalsignificance (P<0.05);but the above indexes of Group HD were not obviously differentwith the indexes of Group CRRT (P>0.05). After treatment in Group HD and GroupCRRT,the CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8ratio levels increased, the BNP、CD8levels decreased;respectively compared to their pre-treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the differences of the indexes exist between Group HD and Group CRRT(P<0.05).After treatment,The BNP and CD4/CD8ratio correlated in Group HD andGroup CRRT(r=0.630,P<0.05).The BNP and CD4/CD8ratio in Group CRRT correlated(r=0.833,P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormal immune functions in elder patients withmaintenance hemodialysis;all can improve immune function with CRRT and HD, andCRRT is better than HD in improving the immune function.
