| Interbody fusion is now domestic used clinical treatment of spinal degenerative disease of the surgical method. Therefore, the rigid stabilization segment will loss of motion after the fusion surgery. The changes will emerge in its original mode of motion and load transmission. These abnormal loads focus on the adjacent segment disc and facet joints, called transition syndromes, including secondery lumbar spinal stenosis, facet joints degeneration and topping off. In order to aviod the occurrence of the above, dynamic stabilization also called non-fusion technologies emerge as the times require. There are so many products in posterior dynamic stabilization in lumbar so as to accommodate various kinds of lumbar diseases.lt mainly includes interspinous process distractors, posterior dynamic semi-or semi-rigid stabilization systems, posterior dynamic full stabilizing systems and so on.In this paper, it will describe the lumbar physio-logical movement and degenerative movement on biomechanics. Mean-while, all these devices will be introduced one by one in mechanics, structure designs and relevant indications and contraindications. Then, the discussions will be stretched on the characteristics and superiority of all kinds of devices, and put forward hybrid constructs idea. At last, this article will state the comprehensive evaluation between the lumbar spinal fusion—old standard and dynamic stabilization. |
