| As the research of disaster (such as earthquake) developed, more andmore questions about first-aid at the disaster spot were brought up. Thisarticle will study the crush syndrome that usually happened in the naturaldisaster but always be ignored.Now the earthquake can’t be forecasted scientifically and efficiently,especially when the earthquake happens, the spot situation is very critical.Because medical workers are busy with rescuing the wounded, and they haveno time to have an early study about the crush syndrome. After the rescuing, alarge number of data can’t be reappeared and it makes the early diagnose andtreat pleasure of crush syndrome develop slowly.When we study the crush syndrome of animals at the lab, we often usethe method such as tie the hind limbs with rubber tubes, add press power tothe hind limbs with springs or put some fixed weight on the different part ofthe animal. These devices are so simple and crude that they can’t provide anexact and unified research platform to experiment. So the research ofmedicine needs a steady, intellective, digital crush model urgently. In addition,the variety of diagnostic criterion is so little that need exploring new methods.In order to solve the problems turned up in the experiment, the mainwork of this article is as follows.(1)Analyze the reasons and current research situation of crush syndrome;(2)Design a crush model of animals. The model includes the steady device,machinery part and electronic part. The system based on89C52and realizesits steady and high efficiency by the pressure sensor and the feedbackregulation of A/D which control the stepper motor;(3)Using the model to the experiment about crush model of rats, we get asteady model of rats’ crush syndrome by analysis the experimental data;(4) Approach the feasibility of using tissue fluid biochemistry instead of bloodbiochemistry to diagnose the crush syndrome early. |
