Objective: To compare thyroid endoscopic surgery and conventional surgeryclinical effectMethods: Jilin University Third Hospital, Xinmin Campus&P firstsurgery March2011to December2012thyroid resection were55cases,including25cases of the experimental group line thyroid laparoscopicsurgery, another30cases of traditional thyroid surgery as a control group.Compare the two groups of patients with blood loss, postoperative bleeding, operative time, incision length, postoperative hospital stay, postoperativestitches time, complications.Results:1) the operation time of the experimental group (110.68±48.2) minutes, the operation time of the control group (74.83±31.6) minutes, thesignificance of the two sets of results statistically significant differences (P<0.001).2) bleeding volume of the experimental and control groups, respectively(7.91±2.65) ml and (22.33±8.9) ml, two sets of results there werestatistically significant difference (P <0.001). 3) The amount of postoperative bleeding of the experimental and controlgroups, respectively (54.33±43.7) ml and (33.03±28.0) ml two sets ofresults there were statistically significant differences (P <0.05).4) the length of the incision of the experimental and control groups, respectively (2.1±0.6) cm and (7.77±2.7) cm, the two sets of results therewere statistically significant difference (P <0.001).5) rewirable time of the experimental and control groups, respectively(5.67±2.2) d and (5.60±1.0) d, the two sets of results there is no significantdifference (P>0.05).6) Laparoscopic group and open group postoperative hospital stay (5.3±1.8) d, respectively (5.3±1.8) d (5.5±1.3) d, the two sets of results there isno significant difference (P>0.05).(2) complications comparedExperimental group2patients had hypoesthesia,8%,5patientshypoesthesia, accounting for16.7%, and there is no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05) in the control group; experimental group after threecases of swallowing discomfort, accounting for12%of the control group,5patients had dysphagia,16.7%, and there is no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05);3patients in the experimental group incision pain, accounting for12%, six cases of the control group incision pain, accountingfor20%, the result there is no significant difference (P>0.05);experimental group2patients with chest pain, accounting for8%of the control group patients had chest pain, accounting for3.3%, the result is notthere were statistically significant differences (P>0.05); This study inendoscopic thyroid surgery group thyroid storm, hypothyroidism, difficultyin breathing, numbness, postoperative hoarseness, cough and othercomplications. Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery a long time compared with thetraditional thyroid surgery, laparoscopic surgery has the followingadvantages: intraoperative and postoperative bleeding compared withtraditional surgery less surgical incision is significantly shorter than thetraditional surgery, the minimally invasive and cosmetic results. In thesubject, the total number of postoperative complications of laparoscopy groupless than the traditional group, but there is no significant differences. Stillcan not believe that laparoscopy group on the control rate of postoperativecomplications than traditional surgery.
