Objective:to observe the prognosis of the ultrasound-guided percutaneouscatheter drainage in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,to investigate thevalue and the timing of percutaneous catheter drainage。Method:Analyizing80cases etrospectively who was diagnosised ofsevere acute pancreatitis between January2011and December2011,these80cases are divided into two groups:conventional treatment androutine treatment+punctured drainage,to compare two groups in theabdominal cavity infection, hemorrhage, pancreatic fistula, organ failure, acute fluid accumulation, pseudocyst, pancreatic necrosis, the incidenceof pancreatic abscess, length of hospital stay, hospital expenses, such astransit operation rate differences.Result:PCD group, incidence of infection, organ failure, acute fluidcumulation, and the incidence of pancreatic pseudocyst, transit operation, length of hospital stay, hospital expenses rate is significantly lower thanthe control group, with statistical difference, p <0.05; Bleeding, theincidence of pancreatic fistula puncture group, pancreatic necrosisincidence rate compared with control group, P>0.05, no differencebetween the two groups.Conclusion:1) the percutaneous puncture catheter drainage cansignificantly reduce the incidence of abdominal cavity infection, organfailure, acute fluid cumulation, the incidence of pancreatic pseudocyst.2) percutaneous puncture catheter drainage can significantly reduce the length of hospital stay, hospital expenses and transfer rate ofsurgery.
