Purpose: To evaluate the256-slice CT’s function to that patients who werediagnosed the NF-scoliosis and were belong to dystrophic type got theoperation.Materials and Methods:All of the7patients were diagnosed the NF-scoliosis and were belong todystrophic type.And also they got the operation of pure posterior procedure andsegmental pedicle screw.All of them who were diagnosed the NF-scoliosis andbelong to dystrophic type were performed with256-slice helical CT.Results:64pedicle screws were contained within the pedicle completely,and32pedicle screws were going out of the pedicles.The number of the pediclescrews which length of pedicle breach was<2mm was23; The number of thepedicle screws which length of pedicle breach was between2-4mm was6; Thenumber of the pedicle screws which length of pedicle breach was>4mm was3. The ratio(number) of pedicle breach occurred in the thoracic was24;Theratio of pedicle breach occurred in the lumbar was7.Conclusion:The patients of NF-scoliosis who were belong to dystrophic type are rarelyseen commonly. The operation of pure posterior procedure and segmentalpedicle screw is a way to solve this problem. And as the result of the256-sliceCT came out,we can conclude that it is a good way to deal with the patients ofNF-scoliosis who were belong to dystrophic type.
