For this group of patients with follow-up (range6months to24months, average13.5months). For these36patients,using the Japanese orthopaedic association (JOA)15points andEule method in cases of preoperative and follow-up evaluationcomparison, calculation period, and the results arestatistically analyzed.ResultAll patients were successfully completed surgery, decompression of the desired effect,36patients were followedup for6to24months, average13.5months on average. JOAGrading period:. Eule method to assess all cases have improvedon lumbocrural pain symptoms.conclusionLamina windowing decompression treatment of senilestealthed, degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis diseasecurative effect satisfaction, can not only effectively reducedpressure, the operation at the same time keep on lumbar spineligament, ligament between spine, spine and part of the lamina, articular process structures, such as to minimize the damageto the stability of lumbar spine, is of great significance tomaintaining the stability of lumbar spine.
