Studying Professor Du’s Clinical Experience And Academic Thoughts About Using Classical Prescription Mainly To Treat Nephritic Syndrome

PurposeIt is an important study topic to explore professor Du`s clinical experienceand academinc thoughts. This thesis is aimed at professor Du`s climical experience oftreating nephritic syndrome using classical prescription based on his original medicalrecords and clinical practice.On this basis,to explore professor Du`s academicthoughts.Methods:(1)study,analyze and abstract the original medical records fromYumaoHospital of Xian yang.(2)in order to achiece more real data for this thesis,I gothe rounds of the words and go to the clinic following professor Du,and seek advicefrom him.(3)I collect and read very carefully professor Du and his followers`booksand papers which focus on nephritic syndrome of Chinese medicine by accessinglibrary and internet.Then make a conclusion on professor Du`s academic thoughts.Results:There are two kinds of pathogen,for nephritic syndrome according toprofessror Du:one comes form inside,the other comes from outside.The characteristicof pathogenesis exists in deficiency of cital Qi and excess of evil Qi,as well ascomplex of deficiency and excess.though the disease locates in kidney,spleen andlung,tri-jiao,stomach,heart and liver are involved in.The deficiency of vital Qiincludes Qi,blood,Yin and Yang.The excess of evil includescold,hot,wind,stagnation.Professor Du inspired by Zhang zhongjing,treat nephriticsyndrome using six channels differentiation and creat a prescription rule ofBeifanxietong.He always takes protection for spleen and stomach.He insists treatingdisease by combining Chinese and western medicine,and using biochemical andinstrumental examination serve to syndrome differentiation and teatmeat.Conclusion:Professor Du first creats six channels differentiation system ofnephrology.He generalizes the six channels differentiation prescription of nephriticsyndrome based on pathological characteristics.Professor Du formulates nephrologyNO.1and nephrology NO.2to treat disease by adding and subtracting herbs ofclassical prescription.These prescription have achieved effective clinicaltreatment.Professor Du creats a prescription rule of Beifanxietong,insists four steps oftreatment,which is strengthening healthy Qi,eliminating evil,regulating middleburner,recovering,and he propose that treating nephrology by protecting soleen andstomach.All of his academic thoughts deserve us to study,explore and inherit.
