ObjectiveTo analyse the current situation of cesarean section, the reasons of increased of cesarean section rate in China. To discuss the operation intervention measures of hemorrhage in cesarean section and effect of operation interventions on uterine and ovarian function, and the effects of female genital health caused by cesarean operation related complications.ContentCesarean section is a most important surgery method when the patient face obstetric dystocia and with high risk pregnancy, in recent years the rate of cesarean section has increased year by year in China, By the end of2012the rate of cesarean section has reached50%, which was higher than the rate of10%-15%that the WHO required. Cesarean section without of medical indication causes is mainly reasons of the cesarean section rate increased.With the Increasing of cesarean section rate, the incidence rates of massive hemorrhage of cesarean section has increased. There are many kinds of operation intervention measures used in cesarean section treated with hemorrhage, such as the B-Lynch suture, intrauterine packing, Arterial therapy and hysterectomy. All these kinds of operation intervention treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section have different side effects on female genital health. The Increased of cesarean section rate has also increased the long-term complications of cesarean section. These included cesarean scar pregnancy, pelvic adhesions, adenomyosis, Intrauterine adhesions, cervical adhesions, endometriosis of abdominal wall, endometriosis of uterine incision scar, uterine diverticula and desmoid tumor of abdominal wall. These complications can lead to increasing of female gynecological disease and ectopic pregnancy, which can also limit the choice of gynecological operation and increase the difficulty of gynecological surgery procedure. Remind the obstetrician should fully weigh the interests of patients when they decide the mode of delivery for the patient. Gynecologist should take full account of the hidden dangers and unfavorable factors caused by cesarean section surgery for patients with a history of cesarean section,and make careful surgical programs and measures to prevent surgical complications for safe surgery.
