Major risk factors of the patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is clinic time. Medical treatment time is less than3days after the onset of effect is much better than in patients with more than3days. Male patients,hyperlipidemia patients,hyperglycemia patients,, improved can feel the effect is not obvious with electrical stimulation treatment.3. With or without hypertension, hyperglycemia after time and age on the artery blood flow velocity changes after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The curative effect is better in electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus with drug treatment of posterior circulation ischemia,can effectively increase blood flow after cycle, Safety in use, fewer adverse reactions, patients prone to tolerance; We can achieve more ideal effect with appropriate treatment time,good control of blood pressure,blood fat,blood sugar. |
