| ObjectiveTo provide a theoretical basis for the application of the lag screws fixation for the injuries inthe posterior ring of pelvis, with data from the CT.MethodsSelect the patients with CT examine of the pelvis in our hospital from2008to2012, whichinvolved60males and60females, and then measure the horizontal distance between the pelvicring bilateral iliac posterior superior iliac spine and its distance to the caudal trailing edge andthe posterior superior iliac spine highs. The data were expressed as Mean Standard Deviationand analyzed by using the descriptive methods witll SPSS14.0,to obtain the optimum range ofthe needle.ResultThe vertical distance from Posterior superior iliac spine highs to the best needle points is1.66+0.358cm for males and1.38+0.267cm for females. The vertical distance from the bestneedle point to the caudal trailing edge is0.76+0.204cm for males and1.34+0.328cm forfemales. The average distance between the posterior superior iliac spine levels of security withinthe needle the bilateral iliac outside board is11.56+0.652cm for males and12.36+0.968cm forfemales.ConclusionsThe ilium-iliac lag screws fixation is an effective and safe method in treatment of theposterior ring of pelvics injuries. |
