| Objective:To investigate the expression levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in the chronic pulmonary heart disease (chronic pulmonary heart disease) patients, and connection with the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP). To discussed the clinical value in the assessment of chronic pulmonary heart disease development and prognosis.Metholds:To detect the HIF-1α and NT-proBNP content Double antibody with ELISA and chemiluminescence of the30cases of hospitalized patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease on admission of the first day and the day before discharge At the same time measured blood gas analyzer PaO2with not suck the case of oxygen, and measured PASP with cardiac Doppler echocardiography.30patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients. without any disease caused hypoxia, like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism, anemia. T-test was used with Chronic pulmonary heart disease patients and the control group, paired t test comparing the row before and after treatment, the three groups by the homogeneity of variance and normality tests underwent single-factor analysis of variance. Pearson linear correlation analysis prior to the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, after HIF-1αã€NT-proBNPã€PaO2ã€PASP relationship; well as before and after treatment of HIF-la and NT-proBNP.Results:(1)HIF-1α levels of NT-proBNP and PASP was significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.01) at the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, the level of after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference significant,(P<0.01).2)After treatment the PaO2levels are significantly lower than the healthy group, after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment, the difference has a significant (P<0.01). 3) after treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, HIF-1α, NT-proBNP expression with PaO2has a negative correlation. coefficient r=-0.606,-0.287,-0.606,-0.229(P<0.01).4) after treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, HIF-1α, NT-pro BNP expression was positively correlated with PASP into the correlation.coefficient r=0.631ã€0.652ã€0.487and0.641(P<0.01).5) after the treatmnet of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, HIF-la into positively correlated with the expression of NT-proBNP, the correlation coefficient r=0.851ã€0.804(P<0.01).Conclusion:1) HIF-1α, NT-proBNP expression was significantly increased in cute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Decreased with the improvement of hypoxia decreased.2) the HIF-1α and NT-proBNP expression in the serum of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease may reflect the severity of the hypoxic pulmonary artery pressure (HPH), it can be used as non-invasive parameters assessed on the occurrence, development and prognosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease.3) the NT-proBNP expression and HIF-1α is closely related in chronic pulmonary heart disease。 NT-proBNP may be one of the target genes of HIF-1α regulation. |
