| Part One：Clinical ResearchObjectives: To observe the effect of Huazhuojiedu Method forcomposing principle of Huazhuojiedu Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis,TCM syndromes, gastric mucosa, gastric mucosal histopathology, asHuazhuojiedu Method is applied to a wider clinical practice to providetheoretical support.Methods:124patients were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group two groups, two groups of62patients， the treatment group oralHuazhuojiedu method principle of Huazhuojiedu Decoction，the control groupwas treated Weifuchun tablets，both groups three months for a course oftreatment，Continuous treatment of two courses. After two course of treatmentto observe two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, TCMsyndromes, gastric mucosa under gastroscope, the change of gastric mucosapathological histology, and relevant safety observation..Results:(1) Change of clinical symptoms before and after treatment：thetreatment group (Huazhuojiedu group) higher than the total effective rate inthe treatment of stomach pain, bloating, fatigue, poor appetite, belching (P＜0.05), the total efficiency of the control group was no significant difference inthe treatment the group (Huazhuojiedu group) in the treatment of dry mouth,mouth pain, noisy(P＞0.05).(2) TCM syndromes change before and aftertreatment：the treatment group,the total effective rate was90.32%; the controlgroup, the total effective rate was74.19%, Two groups before and aftertreatment to improve the TCM syndrome total effective rate have significantdifference(P＜0.05), treatment group is significantly higher than the controlgroup.(3) Before and after treatment endoscopic gastric mucosal changes： treatment group total effective rate was93.55%,The control group the totaleffective rate was75.81%, in the two groups before and after treatment toimprove gastric mucosa under gastroscope total effective rate have significantdifference(P＜0.05), treatment group is significantly higher than the controlgroup.(4) Changes inherent glandular atrophy of the gastric mucosa,treatment group total effective rate was90.32%,the control group the totaleffective rate was77.42%, inherent in the two groups before and aftertreatment to improve gastric mucosa gland atrophy of total effective rate havesignificant difference(P＜0.05), treatment group is significantly higher thanthe control group.(5) Changes in gastric intestinal metaplasia：the treatmentgroup total effective rate was87.10%,the control group the total effective ratewas72.58%,in the two groups before and after treatment to improve intestinalmetaplasia of gastric mucosa total effective rate have significant difference(P＜0.05), treatment group is significantly higher than the control group.(6) Thechange of gastric mucosal hyperplasia：the treatment group total effective ratewas88.71%,the control group the total effective rate was75.81%, in the twogroups before and after treatment to improve gastric mucosal hyperplasia totaleffective rate have significant difference(P＜0.05), treatment group issignificantly higher than the control group.(7) The safety observation：Twogroups of patients during treatment no obvious adverse reactionoccurred,before and after treatment two group of patients with blood routine,urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function has not beendeteriorated or no significant floating within the normal range values.Conclusions:This study suggests that Huazhuojiedu Method forcomposing principle of Huazhuojiedu Decoction can obviously alleviatechronic atrophic gastritis pre-cancerous lesions in patients with clinicalsymptoms, improve gastric mucosa under gastroscope, reverse the intestinalmetaplasia and hyperplasia of the opposite sex has significant curative effect,is better than that of the stomach after the Weifuchun tablets, and no obvioustoxic and side effects. From the perspective of clinical practice to verify theHuazhuojiedu Method of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis is scientific and practical.Part Two：Discovery ResearchObjectives: Through the data mining technology to find professor LiDiangui using the basic rules of the use of Huazhuojiedu Method to treatchronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: Collected by the tutor professor Li Diangui diagnosis andtreatment of160cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in patients with Chinesemedicine yinpian prescription, statistical analysis on general situation, clinicalsymptoms, tongue and pulse, commonly used Chinese medicine, Drug class,drugs and Drug-induced taste Meridian, use frequent sets and association rulesto analyze drug combinations,explore the compatibility rule between drugs.Results: Based on160cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients enrolledin the study of160cases of traditional Chinese medicine yinpian prescription,there are108kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine, These herbs weredistributed in17kinds of drugs, use frequency of three kinds of medicinebefore class：qingre drugs、buxu drugs、huashi drugs. With frequency in morethan74%of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), a total of15, they arethe core of the drug to treat this disease, get clustering of medicine to12piece,they are the core of drug combinations in treatment of this disease.Conclusions:Through a variety of data mining methods, concluded thatthe Huazhuojiedu Method is tutor professor Li Diangui treatment principles ofcommonly used treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, refine the real hiddenin the Chinese medicine yinpian prescription medication regularly, to guide tosublimation. To improve the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronicatrophic gastritis clinical curative effect has important practical significance,for developing the new preparation to cure the disease drugs provides a solidtheoretical basis. |
