Purpose：To reach the treatment of Dangguibuxuetang curative effect atblood loss After total hip replacement。Methods：May2011—2012in12months，suffering from hip osteoarthritis,wuhan， Chinese medicine hospital with unilateral total hiparthroplasty in patients with the surface of50cases．Parallelcontrol design method，The patients were randomly divided into twogroups,The experimental group was treated with ModifiedDangguiBuxuetang,The control group was given ferrous sulfatetablets,25people in Each group,The experimental group takeModified DangguiBuxuetang of3days before the operation，untilthe eighth day, The control group take Ferrous sulfate tablets of3days before the operation，until the eighth day.Recording Hb,Hct, red blood cell of patients at one days before operation, firstdays after operation, third days after operation, eighth days afteroperation. Harris scoring system and visual analog scale to assessthe use of preoperative,after1week,2weeks,3weeks,4weeks,ofthe joint function. Results：There days after total hip replacement is severe anemia stage，The experimental group of Hb,Hct,red blood cell values measuredat different time point4-8days after operation were higher thanThe control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).betweenthe two groups after1week,2weeks,3weeks harris and VAS scorescompared by t test,p<0.05,there was a significant difference;onemonth compared Harris scores and VAS by t test,P>0.05,thedifference was not significant difference.Conclusion：It has better effect at patients of treat withDangguibuxuetang,Not only improve patients with anemia,but alsoimprove the function of hip joint,remission of acute postoperativepain in the near future.but may not have long-term effect.
