| ECG (Electrocardiogram) is the representation of the electrical potential of the heart. Physicians record ECG easily and noninvasively by attaching small electrodes to the human body. ECG is a standard tool to diagnose heart diseases. In physical checkup at hospitals, physicians record the ECG after the patient has exercised to check his or her cardiac condition. The Holter ECG device is used most frequently for recording the ECG. Physicians apply the device to a patient when they need to monitor his or her ECG to find the abnormal cycles in the ECG throughout the day.In recent years, the community health care attracts more and more attention in our country, and the community health service has become basic health service system of citymedical system. Based on the research of remote ECG monitoring platform community system, this paper has the research both on ECG automatic analysis and ECG data compression. Automatic analysis of ECG part has real-time analysis about ECG data collecte by dynamic ECG acquisition system based on DSP (Digital Signal Processing), and data compression is responsible for lossless data compression of wireless communication part and lossy compression of24hours data on community platform. The study work of this paper mainly about:(1) Use the methods of wavelet transformation for dynamic ECG preprocess and feature detection. Through calculating wave peak two times to increase the correctness of adaptive threshold R wave detection. If the analysis result is abnormal, the abnormal signal will be comresses in lossless compression method.(2) In order to meet the requirements of DSP system, the ECG compression algorithm must have low complexity. Paper presents a new lossless compression algorithm for ECG data, it can meet the real-time requirement and does not affect other modules of system.(3) In order to balance the algorithm running efficiency and compression ratio, the24hours ECG data stored in SD card, will be compress by the linear approximation distance threshold algorithm. The study simplifies the process of calculation of distance in LADT algorithm, and uses different processing methods for the different slope waveform. Otherwise use ray method to reduce the number of approximation, it can reduce the complexity of the algorithm and increase the compression ratio.Proved by the experiment, ECG analysis method can meet the requirements of speed and accuracy of dynamic processing, lossless and lossy compression part can also achieve expected results. |
