| Objective: To analyze the learning curve of complete thoracoscopiclobectomy resection for the early stage of Lung Caner.Methods:100cases of cVATS for lung cancer were performed by thesame team from October2009to February2013, divided into4groups (A, B,C, D), by operation successively in turn,25cases in each group, The outcomesof operating timeã€blood lossã€post-operative complicationsã€conversionrate into open surgeryã€postoperative chest tube drainage, hospital stay andnumber of dissected lymph node harvests of4groups were compared. Results: There was no difference among the four different groups in age, gender, size of tumor, pathological stage, surgical pattern, past history ofoperation on chest(P>0.05). Four groups were statistically compared operativetime(F=3.776,P=0.013).The time of operation in group A(235±12min)wassignificantly longer than than that in group C (193±12min) and group D (178±10min) and the operation time in group B is longer than group C and groupD. No difference was found in intraoperative blood loss, The number ofdissected lymph node harvests, postoperative complications, chest tubedrainage time, hospitalization time in all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The learning curve of VATS lobectomy is approximately60cases.can master the technology. |
