Clinical Comparative Observation Of Warm Positive Strong Heart Side With Light And Heavy Doses For Chronic Congestive Heart Failure And Its Effect On ANP

Objective:To study the influence of Warm positive strong heart side with light and heavy doses on patients’symptoms like chronic congestive heart failure, heart Qi and Yang deficiency, excessive water drinking, parameters of cardiac functions and ANP and so on.Methods:60 cases of chronic congestive heart failure Heart Qi and Yang deficiency, and excessive water drinking were randomly divided into two groups: control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases).Two groups, while receiving treatment of basic diseases, take Western medicine on chronic heart failure. On this basis light and heavy doses are prescribed respectively:lOg and 25gTrimtab, lOg and 25g ginger, added with red ginseng, Ophiopogon, Poria, licorice, etc. Two groups were both treated for three weeks. Changes of clinical symptoms, cardiac function and ANP and other parameters are to be observed before and after treatment.Results:1、two groups of patients with clinical symptoms can be significantly improved (p<0.01).The improvement of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (p <0.05).2、after treatment both groups of patients’left ventricular short diameter fraction of shortening (FS), ejection fraction (EF), the ratio of the largest early diastolic filling velocity (E) and the largest late diastolic filling velocity (A) (E /A) has been improved (p<0.05), the reduce of the treatment group on the above aspects is more than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups, (p<0.05).3、after treatment the two groups’atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and norepinephrine (NE) were reduced (p<0.01), the reduce of the treatment group on the above aspects is more than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups. (p<0.05)Conclusion:Warm positive strong heart side with light and heavy doses can improve symptoms like chronic congestive heart failure, heart Yang and Qi deficiency, excessive water drinking, and their cardiac function and reduce ANP etc. The curative effect on heavy-dose group is more effective than light-dose group. Light and heavy dose of the attached Trimtab had no significant adverse reactions., Warm positive strong heart side with heavy-doze is a effective prescription to treat the chronic congestive heart failure.
