In the middle of the sixth century, the first Turk khanate was prosperity. It wasdeclining in the early7th century. After the death of Tuobo Khan, a large number of Khansbegan to fight for succession, bad weather coupled with the defeat and sbara’s cutting-fan"policy divided the Turk khanate into the western and eastern group. They attacked eachother in order to made a king. Therefore, the relationship of the eastern and western turksdivided into two phases. the first stage from581to587, the Apa Qaghan’s revenge and sbara and Tardu’s made a king as a symbol. The second stage from589to603, this periodwas characterized by hostility and alliance co-exist, Tulan Qaghan and Tardu against YamiQaghan from fighting to made an alliance. After603years Tardu to Tuyuhun, the westernregion of Chuluq khan independence for Western Turki khans. Thus the eastern and westernTurkic relations into the relationship between Eastern and Western Turki khanates. It wasdivided into four periods, the first period from604to611, Western Turki khanates start-up.Chuluq Khan on three sides by the enemy. Second period from611to615, It was anexpanded stage of the Western Turki khanates. SheKui Khan regained Tiele Khanate andconfrontation with the Eastern Turkic Khanate in the eastern Tianshan. The third periodfrom617to619, East and Western Turki khanates were prosperities. Tunyabg khanattacked Persia. ShiBi khan rulled Gaochang, Yiwu and Tuyuhun. The western turks waspowerful and eastern turks was weak. The fourth period from622to630, the Western Turksaffairs of state failure, the Eastern Turkic Khanate once powerful again. Tunyabg Khan andTang attemped to expand were failed by JieLi khan. in the early of ZhenGuan years,XueYanTuo’s rebellion first opened the prelude of decay for the western turks. and thenswept over the Eastern Turks. At the same time, the extremely cold weather gave enormousinfluences in Mobei, the Western Regions and China. It has accelerated the collapse of theEastern Turks and the Western Turks.All in all, The relationships of the eastern and western Turks from Sui to Tang dynastyhas two stages, the first stage concern about khan’s crown. The second stage mainly fightingaround the land that located in the eastern Tianshan region.the western turks was weak andthe eastern turks was powerful.
