Kane is a controversial daramist of Britan in 1990s, she isconsidered as the crual girl and is the representitive of direct drama .Her drama breaks out the traditional mode in the content: manyviolent slaughter and mutilated body appear in her drama, and herdrama describes external world as well as internal mental state of thechacaters, monologue and the activities of inner heart. This thesisanalysizes the existence condition of human in the works of Kanefrom the perspective of existentialism with the connncetion of suchthoughts as existence precedes essence, free choice, andexistentialism is a humanism.This theis includes intriduction, the text and conclusion. And theintroduction is about the development choird of Kane’s drama. Itelaborates the study idea, methods and research significance of thisthesis. The text can be divided into three parts. It firstly explainswhat the situation is, and then analyzes the situation between thehuman and external world and between the human themselves fromthree perspectives and also analyzes the text representation that isused to express this situation. And secondly the text analyzes thehuman’s fight against this situation from physical and mentalperspectives. Finally the text analyzes the revolt result and indicates the quotable role for the existence of human.
