This paper briefly described the tense meaning and adverse effects, the main reasons the practice is not enough scientific result can not control the work, usually notation unfamiliar and attention on the stage can not properly use, and thus from cognitive psychology, perception, memory and pay attention to these three areas to discuss how to resolve the tension stage to the normal functioning of the piano. Talked about the inspiration of the bottom-up processing and top-down processing stage of the exercise which, in this part of the "perceived"; in this part of the "memory" comes to the revelation of memory exercises, including the image memory and sound like memory, the long-term memory and short-term memory, proactive inhibition and retroactive inhibition level of processing of memory traces, chunk memory; in this part of the "Note", when it comes to the attention six areas (including selective, concentration, search, activate and alert) and play and practice how to properly use the attention of these characteristics.This article is designed to help players to overcome the tension, and give some suggestions on how to play normal playing level. The footing is based on cognitive psychology theory as a research basis, combined with playing practical experience, study objects for college piano major students of the stage solo tension phenomenon, aims to give them some play on the recommendations, so to overcome stage tension, the normal functioning of the level of piano playing.
