In recent years, Along with the quickened pace and development of economic globalization, cooperation among countries all over the world becomes closer and closer. As China started to implement the reform and opening-up policy and then join in the WTO, now, it has become a big trading nation which is known around the world, every steps of development is worth for us to considerate。 Now, our country is still in a stage of transformation,if we want to become a powerful country of commerce,we have to do great effort, because of the development of economic, International Business Negotiation becomes play a more effective role in international economic, not only should we care about it, but also take it as a important discipline to treat, to research.America is one of the biggest economics in the world, and it is also an important trade company with China. The increases of the trade between two countries made the Business Negotiation becomes more closely related. Because the people from different countries or places have different cultural background, and the International Business Negotiation is related to the culture. Although there are differences between different cultures, but it also has many things in common, whatever generality or personality, both of them will bring influences or rejections to the negotiation. If we can care about these differences, maybe we will get more than we have paid in it, and it can also boost the process of Business Negotiation and the development of economics.This thesis mainly studies the cultural differences on the impact of international business negotiations and some coping strategies. First, focus on international business negotiation and the concept of intercultural communication, then from the cultural differences between China and America embodiment aspects, differences in negotiation and the impact of China’s negotiators coping strategies and so on several Zaspects of research on. Cultural difference and cross-cultural communication theory as the foundation, to business negotiation strategy as a guide, and associated with the article works to analysis of Sino-US cultural differences on international business talk about breaking effects and countermeasures.
