The young soprano, HuaLi Huang, has prolific experience on stage in concerts and profound artisticskills through unremitting exploration and practice of singing art. She grasps the methods and techniques ofChinese vocal music and Western vocal works. She combines vocal Chinese folk singing and Western cantointo one. Eventually she gained a huge success in these two different styles of art form.This article begins with her development process of singing art, uses vocal music theory and musiccase analysis method, which are based on HuaLi Huang’s over twenty years singing career, her dynamicstudy, and summarize the characteristics of its concert art. It also combined with HuaLi Huang’srepresentative of the period, analyzes the singing art style and performance characteristics to expect HuaLiHuang’s unique concert conception to national vocal music teaching in classroom practice and theoreticalsystem have great significances.The structure of this article is divided into four parts: the introduction and the subject of article, whichdescribed the introduction, and the main purpose of this study and the significance of the research status.Chapter One: In this chapter, the author divided HuaLi Huang’s singing art into two parts for thepurpose of examination, based on her development process and formative period of her singing style,(1986~2001), the time of HuaLi Huang’s stable style and mature stage (2002-present).Chapter Two: HuaLi Huang absorbs opera singing skills and opera procedures, she has blended folksinging and bel canto during the time of her singing practice, she has learned from opera singing and folksinging, and absorbed these favorable factors, eventually she formed a representative personality of the singart.Chapter Three: This chapter is the main. This chapter specifically addresses HuaLi Huang’s singing artstyle and performance characteristics. The author combined HuaLi Huang’s representative works fromdifferent periods. Also the author adopted “Pu-Li Analysis” to explain HuaLi Huang’s profound theories,superb singing skills and unique style in simple terms.Chapter Four: based on the study of HuaLi Huang’s sing art, the author advocates various coexistences.In order for the purpose of promoting the development of national vocal music teaching philosophy, and to construct a scientific emphasis on opera, folk, rap, and ethnic folk music. Also to provide an irreplaceablevaluable resource for the country’s traditional Vocal Arts and to provide an inexhaustible motive force forits development and prosperity. Regard the open vocal aesthetic theory-oriented as leader, enhance students’cultural literacy and the theoretical level, in order to perfect our national vocal music teaching.
