Analysis For Two Cello Concertos By Haydn Through Comparation Of Techniques Of Composition And Interpretation Of Performance

The main topic of this thesis is the comparison of Haydn’s two masterpieces:Cello Concerto No.1in C major&Cello Concerto No.2in D major, which have huge impression and affect to the following cello music development. It starts from Haydn’s life, background of two concertos’ composition, and moves deeper to the comparison of two pieces’ musical structure, and ends with the all-aspects analysis of their difference in composing and creation. Score scripts are included as the illustration in different aspects, such like:musical form, harmony, structure, composing skills and etc. I hope this is a paper of high standard, which related with the analysis and comparison of the change and development in the composing skills of Haydn’s two cello concertos.
