Nonequivalent pretest-posttest is used. The independent variable is the total10nutrition lectures, each of which lasts for40minutes with20minutes break in each week and the dependent variable are children’s dietary concepts and their behaviors. Research tools in this study are "children’s dietary concepts scale" and "children’s dietary behaviors scale", which are companied by interview, break observation, and analysis of the worksheets, so that we can investigate the effect of nutrition education courses.Results:1. It can be seen in that students positively change in the dietary concepts and behaviors, while the dietary behaviors part in the course still needs to be improved.Conclusions:1.
