The Study On The Artistic Forms And Group Characteristics Of "The New Fresh"

As a kind of subculture phenomenon and aesthetic taste, the emerging New fresh has become more and more popular, which is bound to have an impact on the younger’s aesthetic tendencies, attitude toward life as well as value orientation to some extent. This paper first discusses the origin and development of the New fresh, analyzing the difference and connection among New fresh, young nationalists, the white-collar, cynics, literary youth and philistine, and then, the concept of the New fresh is defined in the perspective of etymology, including its category and the forms of its artistic expression in film, literature, music and art, etc. This paper also studies the users of the New fresh and their group characteristics, as well as the reasons why the New fresh emerges and its inevitability in terms of society, economy, culture, and psychology, focusing on its influence on college students’artistic creation. Finally, this paper gives estimation about the trend of New fresh along with its effects on the young’s life and artistic creation, based on which, reasonable guidance and appropriate measures are proposed. The author agrees that the New fresh should be viewed from a dialectical perspective, taking the essence and discarding the dregs, so that the New fresh can make some contributions to the young’s healthy growth and China’s socialist cultural construction.
