The Doable Ways Of Inheritance And Development

This paper puts forward the author’s personal views on folk dance education in contemporary Chinese university, especially on the classroom education reform, by analyzing three current situations and a proposal. Then, it points out that, nowadays, how to protect, inherit and developChinese folk dance when the modern cultures are mutually integrating. After investigating, taking the equal colleges’folk dance education as an example, it signalizes the current problems of folk dance education in universities and presents the author’s own solutions, grounded on the ways of protecting folk dance culture by universities, with the sincere hope for some contribution towards the cause of the folk dance culture. Only in this way can we achieve the national spirit, promote the continuation of the ethnic culture development of the ultimate goal, in the meantime for posterity most precious, the highlight of the folk dance cultural heritage.
