This thesis is based on real practice of specific economic circumstances and the features of theatre industry and will analyze the operative mode of Shanghai Grand Theatre, including program planning and program management, which will serve to provide practical advises to multi-purpose theatres in other cities or newly-opened theatre in Shanghai.
