Emphasis on interdisciplinaryresearch methods, to examine the relationship between Shandong and Ryukyu eachside, filesl the gaps in research of the history of the relationship in Shandong and theRyukyu Islands, and enriches the connotation of the Ming and Qing history of theEast Asian Seas. The article also uses chart analysis, the information is aggregatedinto the chart at a glance, which reflects the situation at that time.Specific content, by examined in Shandong’s royal envoys, especially on theiractivities in the Ryukyu Islands to carry out excavation, discoveres their unique rolestrengthen Okinawa relations, and showes them as the presence of the heavenlyenvoys.
