| :The frontier provences in China have large area.Because of less stability over years and little attention people paid to,the construction and education were very backward.Since the modern times,with increasingly serious national crisis and the neighbours to camouflag with even more ambition,people of insight have noted the importance of the frontier defense.After the september18th Incident,the task of building frontier was urgent and also its education needed to be promoted.The rivial of the nation mostly depended on education,so in addition to the Monglian and Tibetan Education Department who allocated special funds to subsidies for local authorities to set up border education,the central party and government organs,in view of the importance of the frontier education,also set up schools in border areas.The central political school,in accordance with the decisions on the development of the frontier education in the108th Central Political Commitee Meeting,intended to set up branches in Baotou,Xining,Kangding,Suzhou,Dali and so on.This paper mainly discusses four parts of the Central Political School to transact Frontier branch.The first part makes an exposition of the background of Frontier Campus of the Central Political School. Focuses on the frontier crisis awakens people, frontier development is imperative, however, the Frontier Education is the most important of the development of the borderland.The second part focuses on planning to build Frontier Campus of the Central Political School to the final establishment of five frontier campuses, and the campuses are finally resumed by the Ministry of Education. Finally I explore the historical context of the Frontier School.The third part is about the construction work, the funding and the composition of teachers and students of Frontier Campus of the Central Political School.The fourth part introduces the education of Frontier Campus of the Central Political School to show the characteristics of their school, such as border campuses teaching, discipline aspects, production and labor training and so on.This article aims to study the Frontier Campuses of the Central Political School as a whole. By putting forward the Frontier Campus and its evolution, the creation and restructuring, combing historical reconstruction of the school and education situation of the Frontier Campus, It clear its development context, which provide a perspective for understanding the Kuomintang’s frontier education, government Building and development, and provide historical reference for today’s frontier education and development. |
