A Contrastive Study On Both Chinese And English Compliments From Perspective Of Cross-cultural Communications

Compliment as an important polite speech, for all kinds of language, culture,with daily activities in speech communication plays an important role in, reflect andreflected certain social values and cultural statute. Under the different culturebackgrounds, different people use compliment expression in a different way, in allaspects of the difference of both parties in communication easy to cause themisunderstanding.
