The Cultivation of six-year undergraduate level Normal Students is a new Cultivation Model, is an innovative teacher-training model in China, itself still in an exploratory stage. The design and implementation of the course, is a core part of the whole training process, achieving the training objectives or not, the main decisive factor lies in the course, it directly determines the knowledge structure of the training students. The six-year undergraduate level music major curriculum, determines the quality of teachers in rural primary school music teachers in the future, direct impact on the development of music education in rural primary schools. Singing teaching as the most major content and form of music teaching in rural primary schools, its role and status is very important and cannot be ignored. Therefore, the vocal course is a weighted part in the six-year music professional courses. Vocal music as an academic discipline, it is very necessary for its curriculum to be scientific, comprehensive and systematic.General Normal vocal teaching in the past, paying more attention to the vocal skills training, and the lack of close liaison with the foundation of music education, makes students have some vocal skills, but when they face the basic music education they don’t know where to start, or, General Normal College generalized for primary and middle school music education, there is no specific division, it is clearly unreasonable. The six-year undergraduate level music students’training, has a clear position, namely primary school music teachers in rural areas, will continue to be engaged in music teaching in rural primary schools. Therefore, in the vocal learning, not only to learn how to sing, but the main thing is to learn how to teach people to sing, and combined with the characteristics of music education in rural areas to teach pupils singing. So, the six-year undergraduate level music professional vocal curriculum should closely around the rural primary school music teacher training objectives, to highlight the "normal" of the courses, along with skill training in vocal music, pay attention to the training of elementary school teachers’basic skills and musical performance and education.The article is divided into a total of three parts, the first part focused on the six-year undergraduate students’ physiological and psychological particularities, investigate the basic music literacy of music students, identify their specific training goals, namely primary school music teachers in rural areas; Part two analysizing the existing general courses, music courses and vocal music courses, get the proportion of each course, and the total hours of vocal music course, ist specific opening time and content, summarizing its strengths and weakness, and based on the characteristics of the cultivating object, the objectives of the training, as well as vocal music teaching law, proposing building a new curriculum system of vocal music; The third part part is the conception of vocal music course, select the part of the typical courses in vocal music curriculum system to do simple construction and imagination, including specific curriculum of teaching contents and teaching aims and tasks, schedule, scheduling, and so on.
