The vocational college education for nursing major students is significant for trainingrelatively qualified nurses to meet the needs of the society. As far as nursing major students invocational college are concerned, their English achievement is generally poor due to lack oflearning motivation. The data resulted from the researchis processed by the SPSS16.0and the Excel software for the preparation of further analysis. The result shows the important function of three key external motivations, whichincludes teacher’s role, task and classroom structure.
