| In this paper, the study conducted for primary school freshmen, the researcher use thecombination of a variety of research methods of literature analysis, depth interviews andparticipant observation method, and recorded the process and effects about the education ofschool adjustment, then analyzes the problems on education of school adjustment, andproposed solutions to policy.Thesis consists of six parts:Part I: Introduction. The author used the literature analysis was analyzed for the study ofdomestic and foreign research, proposed and study the issue in detail, including thesignificance,methods, the purpose and content, on the related concepts to define anddistinguish, difficulties and innovation in this research.Part II: interpretation of theoretical basis about this research. The theoretical basis of thisarticle included the characteristics and laws of the physical and mental development of juniorprimary and Huck’s theory about continuity and transition from kindergarten to primaryschool.Part III: The researchers use field observation and depth interviews to truly present thethree classes of the school year the specific implementation about education of schooladjustment.Part IV: The researchers illustrate the educational results, including the academicadaptation, interpersonal skills adaptation, the daily routine of life adaptation, and emotionsand feelings adaptation.Part V: Propose the problems about the education of school adjustment and in-depthanalysis. The main problems is that schools meet the educational goals simple, the type ofcontent is not comprehensive, educational methods too simple, and school enrollment is notprepared.Part VI: Propose some effective strategies for the education problems of schooladjustment from the school management, teachers’ side and the school co-operation aspects. |
