Based on the first200ancient and modern frequencyChinese Characters, this paper analyzes its variation about the frequency of utilization and themain reasons.The paper will be divided into two parts，one part discusses the reasons based on the first200modern frequency Chinese Characters, the other part discusses the reasons based on thefirst200ancient frequency Chinese characters. In the first part, the main reason about thesequence changes More than10000is that Chinese characters are simplified. The reasonsabout the sequence changes between3,000and10,000are as follows. Modern Chinese usesimplified Chinese to record the language.Although this part of the simplified Chinesealready exists in ancient times, they began to be widely used after the middle ages andthe complex form are Still widely used in all kinds of literatures.
