On The Artistic Characteristics Of Jiang Yun’s Novels

Jiang Yun is a unique existence in Contemporary Chinese Literature. She has plenty of works,but critics pay less attention to her. She dirtf away from all kinds of literary thoughts, and doesnot belong to any school, so she was regarded as a marginal writer, in her own words, she is an“outside” writer in Contemporary Chinese Literary. And all the thesis research, mostlyconcentrated on the women’s studies or subject researches, but less on the artistic techniques.B’ecause of this, I choose to study On the Artistic Characteirstics of Jiang Yuns novels, try toexcavate its creation of intenral artistic skills. To study on the artistic feature of Jiang Yun’snovel at present time，it have certain practical application signiifcances, one is to enrich thestudies and to put forward new ideas; and the other is to provide reference for the developmentof the contemporary novel creation.Therefore*, the first chapter of this thesis is developed from Jiang Yuns novel creativeconceptions, such as time cutting, stroboscopic pictures and Estrangement to interpret JiangY’uns novels of art skills; the second chaptcr is introduce some of the narrative theoryknowledge, such as the narrative perspective^narrative mode and language, to analysis JiangY’uns unique artistic features; the third chapter started from the images which frequently appearsin the novels, such as the setting sun, irvers, trees and flowers etc, in order to see the artisticcharm of her novels. This thesis dissertates these aspects, tries to reveal the artistic style of JiangYurfs novels: classical, poetry, and a beautiful sadness.
