It’s aims to highlight the Marxist philosophy’s vitality and the value of the time that use survival theory to explain Marx’s concept of freedom. Only continue closely with the issues and theory of modern and contemporary, Marxist philosophy can play its role.Marx got his concept of freedom after the understanding of the freedom theory of Kant and Hegel. And in the process of the emergence and development of the concept of freedom, Marx have the logic clues and course of himself. There are rich connotations in Marx’s concept of freedom, specifically manifested as the freedom people in natural, the freedom individual in society and the freedom soul that breakthrough self. The reason why the essence of freedom is practice, not only for the practice is the premise of beyond inevitability, the main materialized activities inseparable from the practice, but also for the truth, goodness and beauty of the freedom performed as practice. In the macro sense to grasp the development of freedom, we can think of it as a process of human history. Deeper interpretation of the Marx’s concept of freedom through the perspectives of survive theory, firstly means to clarify the path of survive theory, secondly means to discuss the survival theory feature of Marx’s conception of freedom, at last we should answer the question that what is the final point of Marx’s conception of freedom. The objective of the conception of freedom is free and overall development of human. After clear the value and significance of the survival horizon contemporary of Marx’s concept of freedom, we can analyze the current practical problems, start from the natural, social and human, and find the methods and countermeasures to solve problem.
