On Constructing The System Of Dissenting Registration In Law

This dissertation discusses how to constitute and perfect the system of dissenting registration. Based on the basic civil law theory, the dissertation tends to systematically and deeply explore the problems related to the system of dissenting registration by comprehensive methods including historically investigative method, comparative and analytical method, sample demonstrative method, inductive method in order to make feasible suggestion on legislation and judicial practice.This dissertation includes three parts. In the first part, the author theoretically analyses dissenting registration and clarifies the connotation and the value of the system of dissenting registration. In the second part, the author clarifies formation of the system of dissenting registration and relative rules in different countries in order to lay the foundation for comparative investigation in the next part. In the third part, the author observes establishment and actuality about the system of dissenting registration in China and tends to make suggestion on perfecting construction of the system of dissenting registration in law.
