The Rural Political Stability Research Of Our Country In Social Transformation Period

During social transformation period, the Chinese rural area isexperiencing golden age and also encountering a contradictabletimes. Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, the farmer isthe decisive force to maintain the rural political stability, and ruralpolitical stability is the basis of the political stability for our country.Therefore, the rural political stability has great significance for thepolitical order and inheritance of our country.After 2006 , because of the abolition of agricultural tax andincreasing investment in the rural area, farmer income grows rapidlyand their living standard rises significantly. The rural economy,politics, culture, society are in stable situation. According to thestudy on the politics, we find that the absolute political stability doesnot exist. The rural political stability should be a kind of dynamicstability. There are still various contradiction and conflict in theorderly rural society. The group events such as Weng’an, Guizhou,andWucan, Guangdong can prove it .Therefore, the further research intothe rural politics stability is still practical and theoreticallysignificant.Through the survey on the social reality and current rural reality,this paper argues that the current rural politics stability influencefactors are mainly in three aspects: the farmers economic interests severe damage, insufficient political rights protection channel andbackward rural culture construction. Hence, the basic way tomaintain rural politics stability is to establish the authority of thegovernment and ensure the realization of farmer interest. After thereform and opening, our country rural political stability is in goodsituation. This paper argues that the successful experience includes7 points. Development is the fundamental way to maintain thepolitical stability; the Party and the government always takes peasantas the maintenance of rural political stability; villager autonomysystem is to protect the rural politics stability system guarantee;long-term stability of land policy is the safeguard of rural politicalstability; the peasant’s political identification is the deep foundation;rural social security system is the political stability regulator. Finally,this paper give some future advice on the rural political stability inChina from national economy, urbanization, new rural construction,rural culture construction and other aspects.
