Formal Concept Analysis also known as the concept lattice theory, which was presented in1982by the German mathematician Wille R.. It is a mathematical theory of expressing concepts and hierarchical structure of concepts. Now it has been widely used in computer network, data mining, decision analysis, information retrieval, management science and other fields.Due to the complexity of real-world problems, the formal contexts which we have are often interval forms or having a hierarchical structure. How to get knowledge from this kind of contexts quickly and efficiently, this paper considers the reduction based on interval-valued formal decision contexts and hierarchical concept lattice. The main researches are as follows:1. Combining the reduction of interval context with classical decision formal context, the consistence of the interval-valued formal decision context is studied through the relation between condition context and decision context, and further, the reduction based on interval-valued formal decision contexts is studied. Which make the attribute number and interval-value of attribute simpler than before.2. Based on the classic context, his paper researches the problem of constructing hierarchical concept lattice and make the knowledge discovery simplified.
