In the simulation of interaction of laser and plasma (PIC), it often introduces limited big and small particles simulation. This model can describe the collective motion of plasma accurately, but ignores the interaction between charged particles in the grid. So that it results in problems in two aspects:First, in the stage of super hot electrons generation, it is hard to reach equilibrium for the charged particles within the grid in a short time; the second, in the simulation of high-density plasma, the interaction of charged particles in the grid is very strong. If it doesn’t be calculated, there will be some deviation between the simulation result and the actual result. Therefore, in order to compensate and improve the deficiencies of the PIC method, we need to add coulomb collisions process in the grid in the simulation of laser and plasma’s interaction. However, due to a large amount of computation resulted from direct simulation of charged particles’coulomb collisions process, it generally introduces binary collision model to simulate the process of coulomb collisions to reduce the simulation burden effectively.This paper takes binary collision’s theory and numerical simulation method as center point. We have a detailed analysis and discussion about relevant theory. It mainly contains the following aspects:First, it has a brief introduction of the conception inertial confinement of nuclear fusion and the present main implementation of inertial confinement nuclear fusion. Also, there are detailed analysis and conclusion for the interaction of laser and plasma’s physical processes and the method of simulating these physical processes.Owing to that PIC simulation method can not solve the collisions among the particles within the grid, so it must introduce binary collision to deal with the coulomb interaction in the grid. It deduced from the binary collision simulation’s physical processes and gives theoretical analysis; then establishes corresponding physical simulation model on the basis of the binary collision theory’s analysis and gives the flow chart of this physical processes’ simulation. Due to the many shortcomings resulted from directly using the original program, so this paper put forward one improved schemes, it is indirect random sorting program, which effectively prevents the restoration of the particles’order.At last, we add the binary collision module in the Existing code of LPICMCC++by C++language, simulate different situations on the LPICMCC++program with added binary collision module and analyze the changing case of energy, electric and magnetic fields, plasma’s density and particle velocity in the interaction of laser and plasma in detail.
