Spectral imaging technology has been rapid development in recentyears, this paper have researched coded aperture spectral imagingtechnology. Coded aperture spectral imaging technology is different fromthe traditional technology. As the detector is a two-dimensional,traditional spectral imaging technology, whether dispersion-based orinterference-based, they capture a one or two-dimensional subset of thedatacube and thus require the some forms of scanning to obtain thecomplete datacube. The tomography spectral imaging technologyspectrometer imaging is a static, technology that captures multipleprojections of the datacube at once. The datacube can be topographicallyreconstructed, but it also suffers from a problem known as the “missingcone problem”. Coded aperture spectral imaging technique can avoidthese problems.Coded aperture spectral imaging technique utilizes the power ofcompressed sensing ideas. It is a new principle of spectral imagingtechnology. The core idea of compressed sensing theory is: Project highdimensional objects into low dimensional space. High dimensional objectis reconstructed by the low dimensional projection.It will be applied tospectral imaging techniques, which capture a two-dimensional projectionof the datacube, the three-dimensional datacube can be reconstructed by atwo dimensional projection. It does not require movement, and not sufferfrom “missing cone problem”. It is at the expense of spatial informationto obtain spectral information.First, this paper discussed development, principles, classification andapplication of Spectral imaging technology, introduced the concept ofcoded aperture spectral imaging. Then it studied the compressed sensingtheory, which consists of three components: Sparse signal, the projection measurement matrix, signal reconstruction algorithms. Based on thistheory, Modeled coded aperture spectral imaging, for the mathematicalmodels, designed two spectral matrix template, put forward specificcalibration scheme, used two-step iterative algorithm to reconstruct thedata cube. Finally, Experiment with the existing optical system in theexperiment, carried out spectrometer calibration, coded aperture imaging,and the final datacube reconstruction. The experimental results validatesthe coded aperture spectral imaging technology feasibility, provides thebasis for the further study of the coded aperture spectral imagingtechnology.
