The paper concerns an SEIS epidemic model with demographics, as well as re-cruitment and death on complex networks. The basic reproduction number Ro is de-rived by the next generation matrices method. Also the stability of the disease-free equilibrium is analysed. Finally, to illustrate this theoretical analysis, and to show the case of R0>1.
