In this thesis, we have studied the ideals of a demi-pseudocomplem-ented Ockham algebra (L;∧,∨,f,*,0,1). A demi-pseudocomplemented Ockham algebra is an algebra (L;∧,∨,f,*,0,1) of type <2,2,1,1,0,0>, in which (L;∧,∨,f,0,1) is Ockham algebras and (L;∧,∨,*,0,1) is demi-pseudocomplemented lattice, and the operations f and*commute, namely the identity holds:f(x*)=[f(x)]*. Also, we have described the properties of congruences and the kernel ideals on demi-pseudocomple-mented Ockham algebrasFinally, we have further characterized the congruences with the kernel ideals on the algebras so called demi-pseudocomplemented MS-algebras. A demi-pseudo complemented MS-algebra is the algebra (L;∧,∨,0,*,0,1) of the type (2,2,1,1,0,0), in which (L;∧,∨,0,1) is MS-algebra and (L;∧,∨,*,0,1) is demi-pseudocomplemented lattice, and the operations x→x0and x→x*commute.
