The developments of functional materials are very important, which is closely related tothe social economy and construction. Functional materials can be divided into manytypes, which are widely used in energy technology, information technology,nanotechnology, biotechnology, environmental technology, computer technology, spacetechnology, marine engineering technology and etc. So, it is of significance to studyfunctional materials and broaden their applications.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1) Bi(NO3)3 5H2O (BINO) was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The as-preparedsamples were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, TGA/DTA. The measured SHG effectwas about 7 times of that of KDP. Experiments indicate that BINO is a promising NLOcrystal candidate.(2) Bi3[B6O13(OH)] was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The as-prepared sampleswere characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, TGA/DTA. The measured SHG effect wasabout 2.5 times of that of KDP. Bi3[B6O13(OH)] has good thermal stability and moderateSHG effect.(3) The up-conversion pHospHor, NaYF4:Yb,Er, was synthesized by hydrothermal andsolvothermal method under SDS, PEG and PVP assistance, respectively. The obtainedsamples were characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD. The emission spectra was alsomeasured and explained. |
