As a kind of nonrenewable resources, the storage of mineral resources decreased rapidlyyear by year for its wide applications in human society. Therefore, it becomes more and moreimportant and urgently to improve the ore dressing process, to maintain the sustainable utilizationof mineral, which also means to improve the economic profit for enterprise.This study with a white tungsten skarn type lead-zinc deposit for research object, usingwhite tungsten flotation process at normal temperature, through the research on grinding fineness,selected size, consumption of sodium carbonate, pH values of the pulp, module and dosage ofwater glass, and dosage of731oxide paraffin soap, to adjust the beneficiation flow sheets of theenterprise. Finally, in closed circuit test, the concentrate is69.84%and the recovery is70.76%.Eventually, obtain qualified white tungsten concentration, the concentrate is56.51%and therecovery is75.47%, make a recovery of over7%on three tungsten oxide in the originalproduction index.The treatment to decrease the high toxic hexavalent Cr concentration in mineral wastewaterwas also studied. With ferrous sulfate as reducing reagent, contaminations in Cu-Pb wastewatercould be deposited in the form of hydroxides. What’s more, in order to improve the treatmenteffect and reduce the cost, coal ash was used as absorbent in the pretreatment step to guaranteethe discharging standard, and to achieve the best economic, environmental and social effects inthe long term.
