The catalytic combustion of methane which can improve energy efficiency andreduce pollutant emissions targets was the clean energy which human pursued.Therefore, its research and exploration have certain practical value and practicalsignificance.In this paper, Impregnation and microwave-assisted methods were adopted toprepare a series of supported palladium catalyst Pd/Ce1-xZrxO2, The activity of thecatalyst in the catalytic methane combustion reaction investigated and catalyst wasstudied and analyzed combined with XRD, N2adsorption-desorption, TEM, Raman,H2-TPR, XPScharacterization. The precipitation method used to prepare the carrier, theeffect of catalytic combustion of methane activity by the impact of different precipitantcarrier and carrier doping of La catalyst were investigated.Pd/Ce1-xZrxO2catalyst was prepared by microwave-assisted synthesis, themicrowave power, microwave reaction medium, the reaction medium volume ratio ofpalladium chloride concentration, palladium loading, the pH value, the methane flowrate of the reaction gas, methane reaction gas ratio, and other factors impact on thecatalytic performance were studied.
