Cellulosic ethanol belong to renewable energy. In China, there were about800million tons Cellulose resources available. The resourse of Cellulose was abundant andcould support about150million tons of cellulose fuel ethanol production. There werehuge amount of resources for the development of cellulosic fuel ethanol industry andprovides reliable protection and tremendous space. One of the key problems in the production of cellulosic ethanol was ligninpretreatment. This study aimed to explore an efficiency pretreatment process whichpossessed high degradation and shortened fermentation cycle and provided an effectivepractical basis for the industrial production of cellulosic ethanol.Six strains with ligninolytic capacity were selected out: B1, B3, B4, F1, F2, and F3.By solid-state degradation experiments and enzyme production experiments, F2withgood lignin degradation ability was re-screened. F2was used to ferment straw in orderto degradate lignin, and the lignin degradation rate and the amount of reducing sugarwere calculated. Take straw particle size, carbon source type, temperature, the ratio of Cto N, pH of nutrient solution, the ratio of liquid to solid, fermentation time andinoculum as single factor for experiment optimization and for orthogonal experimentoptimization. Identified F2by morphology and molecular biology.Straw was fermented by F2(above60mesh straw particles,0.17g peptoneaccording to C/N=40/1,8mL the nutrient solution (pH4),3fungi plugs (itsdiameter=10mm) inoculated and was saccharified after17d fermentation. The resultshowed that lignin degradation rate was23.12%; reducing sugar contentreaches15.60%.The results showed that: F2was identified as Gymnopus contraries.
