With the requirements of green manufacturing and sustainabledevelopment, it has become the urgent problem to contemporary equipmentmanufacturing industry how to complete the machinery and equipmentmanufacturing efficiently. As the continuous development of machinery andequipment, high-performance materials are constantly being used.316Lstainless steel is widely used in modern mechanical and electrical productswith its superior mechanical properties. However, the drilling of stainless steelmaterials has always been an important part of the development ofmanufacturing technology. Under the premise of guaranteeing high-quality, itis a new topic in the manufacturing industry how to make small hole drilling in316L stainless steel high efficiency. This article analyzes the current domesticand international small hole drilling in stainless steel and describes thedifficulty and solutions of the holes drilling on difficult materials. By thesimulation of small hole drilling in the316L stainless steel, analyzes the316Lstainless steel small hole drilling spindle speed and feed rate effects to thecutting temperature, torque, and axial force. By experimental methods, obtainthe undetermined coefficients used in the optimization theory. And analysis ofexperimental data, optimize the316L stainless steel small hole drilling.Establish a mathematical model between the process parameters and drillingcosts, through the math to find the optimal solution of the objective function.By the theory optimization, get a new method of the new316L stainless steelsmall hole drilling process to guide the actual production, which provide thetheoretical basis for reference for drilling on difficult materials.
