| Room Temperature Ionic Liquid itself has a lot of advantages, suchas being less volatile, less flammable, in thermal and chemical stability,having high iconic conductivity, electrochemical window. Besides,preparation of Room Temperature Ionic Liquid is simple, prices of itrelatively cheap, post-processing easy, and it is convenient to berecycled. Because of the large number of advantages, it caught agreat deal people’s attention when it was found in the late20th century.Ionic Exehange Polymer Metal Composites (IPMC), produced with theuse of Ionic Liquid has the actuator effect under the action of theexternal electric field. In this thesis, the Au/carbon-ionic liquid gel/ionic-liquid gel/carbon-ionic-liquid gel/Au electric actuator menbranewere prepared. By using yclic voltammetry, electrochemicalimpedance spectroscopy and in situ laser displacement measurementmethods, the influence of the thickness of ionic liquid gel layer, thethickness of C-ionic liquid layer and the amount of active carbon on theproperties of the electric actuator menbrane were studied. Thepreliminary results are as follows:1.Successfully prepared Au/carbon-ionic liquid gel/ionic-liquid gel/carbon-ionic-liquid gel/Au electric actuator menbrane.2.Results suggested that increasing the thickness of ionic liquid layerwill raise electric resistance decrease its electric actuationperformance..3.With the increasing the thickness of C-ionic liquid layer will theelectric capacity increased, meanwhile, its thickness reaching150micron, properties of electric actuator can achieve optimum effect.4.By using active carbon to substitute graphite powder, both theelectric capacity and the displacement of the membrance wouldincrease.. |
